Always buying old boards, any condition except snapped or creased. If you have anything pre-dating the twinny era that you want to part with ( hard as it may be!! ) sing out.
I will pay you hardly anything for it, and I’ll expect it to be in excellent condition. Then I will beat you down further on price before I take it off your hands. I’ll then use spray and wipe plus a sponge, plus some creative photography, to magically add hundreds of dollars worth of value. I’ll then list the board on ebay starting at a really low price to attract loads of bidders. In the last hours of the auction I’ll then get all my mates to bid up the price to much more than you ever wanted to pay, but you’ll pay it anyway because you always do.
And then I’ll do it again… and again!
