Mid Coast

Conditions are clean on the Mid Coast with light offshore East winds, but once again it’s flat. There are tiny lines of distant WSW swell but nothing surfable, coming up to a minor high tide just before 9am. Winds should stay light all morning, possibly picking up to 12 knots or so from the South after lunch. The southerly will take the gloss off it, but a return to SE winds in the evening should clean it up after 1830. Tides are less than great today, and it’s doubtful the swell will lift during the daylight hours. Slim chance of some 1′ peelers in the evening. Shred factor 1/10
