Mid Coast

The standard summer East wind is in place on the Mid Coast this morning, and conditions are clean with the breeze around 10 knots. It almost goes without saying it’s flat again, save a few tinny lines of a distant WSW swell. It’s also a bit full coming off high tide at 6am, but that will soon change. The outgoing tide will come with lighter winds, and it’ll possibly become glassy – but also flat. Low tide at lunch will only offer small peelers at South Port, and a lot of exposed reef. The incoming tide will arrive as the wind goes to the South, adding bumps to anywhere exposed. There is a very slim chance of a few small lines in the evening courtesy of some new swell, but most likely it’ll remain in the shin-high range. A late SE wind should clean it up at least.
