Mid Coast

Northerly winds are husting over 20 knots on the Mid Coast early, and there are bumps rolling down the gulf. There’s still no waves, coming up to a high tide at 0740. A change is headed our way, and mid-morning the breeze will swing more westerly at 20 knots or so, then W – SW for the rest of the day. The wind will chop up the sea but it won’t be anything like a stormy. The incoming tide after lunch will only offer small chop early, but by late arvo a few small lines of swell should start to appear. Most likely it’ll only be around 1′, and bumpy for the rest of the day. Shred factor 1/10
