Mid Coast

It’s a stormy start to the week, and onshore WSW winds have been gusting around 30 knots overnight on the Mid Coast. It’s whipped up a stormy in the gulf, and regular breaks are just too big and messy this morning. Sheltered spots like Dumpers and Adelaide’s worst kept secret spot will be the go today, heading into low tide at 10:15. Metro beaches may get bigger during the morning, but wind and seas will start to ease from mid arvo heading into evening. High tide’s at 16:50, already a biggie 2.45m, you can probably add 0.5 – 0.7m to that with the storm surge. Hopefully no flooding tonight…  Shred factor 4/10
