Mid Coast

It’s another grey, overcast morning on the Mid Coast with a chilly 10 – 15 knot Southerly wind blowing. The swell has lifted overnight and it’s from a decent direction, but the wind has left it bumpy with 2′ waves on the reefs. The tide is rushing out and it’ll be very low at 1130, exposing vast expanses of reef, Trigs and South Port will pick up most of the swell, and the latter might offer partial shelter at the Southern end. The swell might pulse on the incoming tide mid arvo, but the breeze will stay SSW at 15 0 20 knots and keep it bumpy. High tide is at 5:30pm, and Seaford will offer some sort of grovel from the groms after school. Check the latest surf forecast to see how the weekend is looking.
