Mid Coast

Winds are light from the SE on the Mid Coast early and there are small lines of swell on the reefs. Southerly winds overnight have lect a slight wobble but there are reasonably clean 1′ waves coming up to a nominal high tide at 0920. From then on the tide will slowly drain out for the rest of the day, which won’t really help lift the swell. The wind will swing more Southerly late morning, possibly SSW at 17 knots after lunch. Anywhere exposed will become bumpy, and it’ll probably stay that way for the better part of the day. An evening sou-easter may clean it up after 0630, but it’ll stay 1′ all day by the looks Check the latest surf forecast to see how the next few days are looking.
