Mid Coast

The wind is unexpectedly light from the ESE on the Mid Coast early, and conditions are clean… but still flat. There actually were a few 1′ waves late yesterday, but there’s no sign of anything like it this morning with only the tiniest lines visible. The tide is heading out, and it’ll get very low after 10am. Fresh southerlies are forecast, possibly up to 25 knots by early arvo. Anywhere exposed will be wind affected, and anywhere sheltered won’t be breaking. Some new swell should start to sneak in late arvo, so there;’s a chance of a small wave and shelter at the Southern end of South Port. Check the latest surf forecast to see how the rest of the week is shaping up.
