Mid Coast

Winds have backed off on the Mid Coast overnight and swung more to the South early, but conditions are still pretty bumpy. Coming through high tide surf is around 1′ on the reefs with some bigger sets, it’s also very full. The dropping tide may improve a few spots, but mid morning the water draining out of the gulf will kill it a bit. The beachies will have bumpy waves through low tide at lunch, and so will the reefs on teh incoming tide later. Southerly winds up to 20 knots will keep it bumpy most of the day, a late sou-easter should clean it up a bit in the evening.
