Mid Coast

Easterly winds are gusting around 25 knots on the Mid Coast early, and while conditions are clean, it’s pretty breezey on the water. Swell has dropped a bit overnight but there are still occasional 1 – 2′ waves on the reefs – you’ll just have to wait for them. The tide is still coming in and peaks around 0820, then heads out until mid arvo. The swell will probably back off some more with the tide late morning, and winds will kick around more to the SSE adding bumps from mid arvo onward. Shred factor 5/10.
