Mid Coast

Conditions are clean on the Mid Coast early with light ENE winds, and a few lines of swell persisting. Surf is around 1 – 2′ on the reefs, with a nominal high tide at 1120. The rest of the day will be a near-dodge, with only 50cm of ( outgoing ) tidal movement until 10pm. Winds will be OK this morning and probably OK for the rest of the day, the forecast predicts a shift to a fresh Sou-easter which might add some bumps if it goes too Southerly. There’ll be waves all day though.  Shred factor 7/10
