Mid Coast

Things have settled down on the Mid Coast after yesterday’s blow, and the wind is back to around 10 knots from the SW. The sea is still bumpy and brown with surf barely 1′ on the reefs, and the tide heading out until 10am. The lower tide may offer a grovel on the beachies mid morning, but the water at South Port is pretty dirty thanks to the deluge still coming down the Onka – best avoided for a day or two. The incoming tide will probably see things straighten up a bit, and winds should go to alight No-wester by mid arvo. Surf looks like remaining small though. Shred factor 1/10
