Mid Coast

For the first time in quite a while it’s mild outside on the Mid Coast, with a balmy NNE wind around 10 – 15 knots. The breeze is adding a bit of a wobble but conditions are still clean, with 1- 2′ waves on the reefs. High tide is around 0720, then the tide heads out until 1:40pm. The forecast predicts winds will tend more Northerly during the morning and pick up to 20 knots, possibly stronger after lunch. It’ll probably get bumpy from mid morning onward, and stay that way for the rest of the day. Shred factor 6/10
