Winds are light from the SE and conditions are clean on the Mid Coast early, with the same small swell hanging around. Surf is about one foot on the reefs, coming up to a minor high tide at 0930. There’s not much movement in the tide at all, and the wind will have a greater effect on conditions overall. The forecast is for S-SW winds up to 20 knots after lunch, so it’ll be bumpy until the evening land breeze kicks in. Swell will probably fade during the day. Shred factor 5/10
