Mid Coast

SE winds are around 7 knots and conditions are clean on the Mid Coast, but it’s small again. Surf is still barely a foot on the reefs, and it’s probably not gonna get much better as it fights the slow drain of the outgoing tide. The lower tide will favour the beachies but it’ll only provide learner waves or small peelers for large, buoyant surfboards. There’s sharks pretty much everywhere, and a fresh southerly wind will kick in after lunch and chop it up. So that’ll pretty much be it for the day.  Shred factor 2/10
