Mid Coast

Conditions are clean on the Mid Coast early with light offshore ENE winds, but again only tiny swell. Waves are barely shin-high on the reefs this morning, with the tide slowly draining out until 1140. Even the beachies will struggle to break through low tide today, and nothing much will change as the tide heads back in after lunch. The forecast predicts winds may pick up a bit mid morning from the North, only to drop out and glass it off again after lunch. It’s the first of a run of very hot days so it’ll be nice in and on the water, but surf will remain a non-event. Shred factor 1/10
