Mid Coast

Southerly winds around 10 knots are adding a bit of a bump on the Mid Coast this morning, but there is some actual ground swell underneath it for the first time in over a week. Surf is around 1′ on the reefs with occasional 2′ sets, and it’s a bit full with the morning tide just peaking. The dropping tide will kill it a bit after 8am, but the low tide will favour the beach breaks through the lunch hour.  S-SW winds up to 20 knots will keep it bumpy through the arvo, with  a late shift back to an evening land breeze and cleaner conditions. Shred factor 4/10
