South Coast

Onshore SSW winds are still up around 25 knots and conditions are messy on the South Coast this morning. Surf is around 4′ at Middleton with a few bigger lumps out off Day, St and down toward Cliffs and Goolwa. The wind should start to wind back from mid morning onward, and by late arvo the breeze should be around 10 knots. The swell will also stick around, so there’s a chance of a late grovel in the Bat at Middleton. It will be onshore all day though, so it’s really a case of choosing your poison. There are a few opportunities later in the week, more on that in the latest surf forecast. Shred factor 4/10.
