South Coast

The wind’s just a puff from the West on the South Coast this morning, and conditions are clean and glassy…. but small. Surf is around 1′ at Middleton, with a few 1 – 2′ sets down toward Cliffs and Goolwa. The stretch East of Middleton is your best bet for a slide on the log this morning. There’s should be another foot or so of swell around the Waits side, and it will be glassy early. The BoM predicts W-SW winds at 10 – 15 knots for the rest of the day, so exposed stretches will have a few bumps from late morning onward. Swell size with keep surf in the 1 – 2′ range for the rest of the day. Check the updated surf forecast to see how the rest of the week is shaping up.
