South Coast

An onshore Southerly wind at 20 knots is making a mess on the South Coast this morning, and nowhere is looking particularly great. Surf is in the 4′ range along the Middleton – Cliffs stretch but it’s breaking all over the place. The Bay might offer some scraps but no-one’s keen at the moment. You’ll geta grovel around at The Dump where it’s bumpy and 1 – 2′, it’s bigger between Chuiton and Boomer but pretty chopped up. The BoM predicts the wind will stay onshore all day, but ease off mid arvo to 10 – 15 knots. The swell will probably remain in the ballpark. Check the latest surf forecast for tomorrow and next week’s outlook.
