South Coast

Winds are actually wafting light offshore on the South Coast early, but a few days of sou-easters have left it lumpy. Surf is around 1 – 2′ along Middleton – Goolwa stretch, Waits and Parson’s will be a bit bigger, glassy early, and your best hope for a shortboard wave. The forecast predicts onshore S-SW winds up to 20 knots as the sea breeze kicks in after lunch, so the next few hours are about as good as it’ll get.  Shred factor 6/10
