Finally a light offshore the South Coast, with North winds around 5 knots and a well lined up swell this morning. Surf is around 3′ along Middleton – Goolwa stretch, 1 – 2′ around at Chiton / Gap, with Waits and Parson’s a bit bigger. The forecast predicts offshores all day, tending NW after lunch possibly up around 15 – 10 knots by mid arvo. A westerly change is expected to arrive this evening, but it might not be until dark.
