Onshore winds are hammering the South Coast this morning with Southerlies gusting over 25 knots. Surf is sloppy along the Middleton – Goolwa stretch at around 4 – 5′, with messy 3′ surf around at Chiton / Gap. It’ll stay onshore all day today, although swell may build a bit after lunch. Even sheltered spots won’t offer much protection, but you might get a grovel inside Middleton Bay or possibly The Dump. Shred factor 3/10
