Conditions are a bit bumpy on South Coast early with West winds around 15 knots. Surf is around 4′ along the Middleton – Goolwa stretch, and the Bay is offering partial sheltered and shest high waves. There are 2 – 3′ waves around at Chiton / Gap, but The more sheltered Dump is a bit marginal. Waits and Parson’s will be bigger and Waits Point will offer some shelter. The breeze will shift more onshore Southerly after lunch, and the limited options there are will evaporate. The Beater Bash comp is on at Knight’s today, well worth a look if you’re down that way.
