Winds are onshore from the South at 17 knots on South Coast this morning, and conditions are messy. Underlying swell is fairly straight and well formed, but surf is mushy at 4 – 5′ from Middleton to Goolwa. There are sloppy 2 – 4′ waves between The Dump and Boomer, but you can safely rule out Waits or Parson’s today. The forecast predicts winds will ease and tend SE-E after lunch, still not ideal but is may open up a few options the other side of Victor late arvo. Shred factor 3/10
