Light onshore SW winds are taking the gloss off on the South Coast early, but there are a few lines of swell. Surf is around 2 – 3′ at Middleton with occasional bigger sets down toward Cliffs and Goolwa. Waits and Parson’s will be picking up a bit more of the swell, and winds will favour Waits point. The breeze will gradually tend more onshore during the morning and pick up in strength, producing choppy conditions from late morning onward. It’s worth grabbing what you can now, as the rest of the day won’t be epic. Shred factor 6/10
