Onshores overnight and yesterday have left a few lumps in the swell on the South Coast, but conditions are peaky / glassy early with no wind. Swell has backed off slightly but it’s still around 4 ‘ along the Middleton – Day St. stretch with the odd bigger set down toward Cliffs and Goolwa. Chiton / Gap are glassy at around 3’, Waits and Parson’s will be bigger but closing out. Winds will turn onshore during the morning and pick up to around 17 knots by mid arvo, so conditions will deteriorate throughout the day. It’s OK for an early though, if you’re on it ASAP.
