Nothing much has changed overnight on the Mid Coast, with onshore WSW winds around 20 knots and choppy / stormy conditions this morning. Surf is around 2′ on the reefs, coming up to high tide at 0830. The outgoing tide won’t have much effect, but lower water will favour the beachies mid arvo. There’s barely 10cm of incoming tide tonight so the same amount of water will cover the reefs from about 1pm until dark. Winds are forecast to shift more Southerly and ease 5 – 10 knots by late arvo.
