Mid Coast

It’s a chilly morning on the Mid Coast with very light NE winds and the air around 5 degrees, and a few lines of swell sneaking in. Surf is around 1 – 2′ and glassy, on a bit of a dodgy tide that has barely moved in hours. There’s a nominal low tide at 9am, then about 40cm of the incoming tide until 3:15pm. Tides won’t have a great deal of effect today but it will be slightly fuller mid arvo, so higher tide breaks may improve. The wind will maintain some east all day, picking up a bit from the NE after dawn before easing mid arco and going back to the East. It’ll be mostly clean all day, with something surfable. Outlook for the rest of the week is in the updated surf forecast. 6/10.
