Mid Coast

Conditions are bumpy on the Mid Coast for the start of the working week, with winds tending more Southerly this morning at 10 – 15 knots. Surf is around 1 – 2′ and already filling up with high tide at 9am. The Southern end of South Port is part sheltered, but not really sheltered enough to really shade the wind. Not much will change over the next few hours, as the tide goes into dodge mode and barely moves after 10am. By late arvo the breeze may have some East in it, possibly even a sou-easter by this evening. If it happens it’ll be just before or around sunset, so there’s a slim chance of a late paddle somewhere. Shred factor 3/10.
