Mid Coast

Very light NE winds are adding a slight wobble on the Mid Coast this morning, but conditions are mostly clean early. The swell has continued to fade, and waves are only around 1′ on selected reefs that can handle the full tide. It hasn’t peaked yet, so it will get even fuller and slower by 0730. N-NE winds will probably pick up a bit not long after and ad a few lumps as the tide starts heading out. There will be small lines on the beach breaks early arvo through low tide, but it probably won’t top 1′ on the reefs as the tide pushes back in. Sea breezes look unlikely today with a more Northerly influence in the weather, so alate glass off is a possibility. You’ll need a log, but at least it’s not dead flat with a howling sou-easter. Shred factor 3/10.
