South Coast

Conditions are clean on the South Coast this morning with winds swinging offshore for the start of the week, but it’s small. Surf is around 1 – 2′ at Middleton, with rare bigger sets breaking between Day St. and Goolwa. Waits and Parsobn’s are back on the menu today, both clean at around 2 – 3′. The wind looks pretty good all day, remaining out of the N-NE in the 10 knots range. Unfortunately, no swell miracles seem likely, and wave heights may be even smaller after lunch. The weather’s heating up over the next couple of days, and swell looks like remaining small. I’ll get a forecast out tonight with more on how the week’s shaping up. Shred factor 6/10.
