Mid Coast

There are small lines of swell on the Mid Coast much like the last few days, and it’s clean with offshore East winds around 7 knots. There are occasional 1′ sets but it’s mostly only shin-high heading into a nominal low tide at 0930. There’s not a great deal of tidal movement today anyway, only about 30cm and a minor peak at 3:30pm. The wind should kick around to the SE after lunch and may get up to 15 knots, but overall should stay fairly clean all day. The swell may lift slightly after lunch, but wave heights won’t get much over a foot all day. Shred factor 3/10
