Mid Coast

There’s no wind and conditions are clean on the Mid Coast early, but wave heights are tiny again. The reefs are only picking up ankle slappers on the incoming tide, and waves are in the shin-high range. High tide is at 0930, then there’s a slow drain out to low tide at 3:30pm. The breeze will pick up during the morning from the South, and by early arvo it’ll probably be up to 20 knots or so. Everywhere will be bumpy and small, and even the protected southern end of South Port will be marginal after lunch. There’s not much incoming tide to lift it later, and the wind looks like it’ll settle in. There’s a chance of some rain this evening, maybe even the odd thunderstorm. Shred factor 1/10
