South Coast

Onshore South winds at 10 knots are already adding lumps on the South Coast early, and to make matters worse the swell has dropped. Surf is junky and only 1′ between Middleton and Goolwa, Waits and Parsobn’s will be slightly bigger but no straighter / cleaner. The BoM predicts a fresh Southerly wind will build during the day, and may get over 25 knots after lunch. A trough will move through the South Coast and looks like it might bring some rain after lunch or in the evening. The surf situation will remain dismal for the rest of the day. Shred factor 2/10
