Mid Coast

SSW winds at 12 knots are making it bumpy on the Mid Coast this morning, but the swell has lifted. Surf is around 1 – 2′, but quality is poor on the reefs and anywhere exposed to the wind. The tide is coming in until 0945, then draining out until 3:34pm. The wind will stay mostly Southerly today, but there is a chance it’ll tend more SSE by late arvo at 20 knots. The Southern end of South Port will offer partial shelter and a few 1 – 2′ waves after lunch, some of the reefs will have bumpy 2′ sets in the evening. Shred factor 3/10
