It’s still looking pretty sad on the South Coast this morning with onshore SSW winds at 20 knots. The swell is a bigger and surf is 2 – 3′ between Middleton and Goolwa, but it’s pretty chopped up by the wind. Chiton / Gap have junky 1 – 2′ waves, Waits and Parson;’s will be bigger and messier. The wind will stay onshore at 15 – 20 knots for the rest of the day, so it’s not about to clean up. The swell is on the rise, and Middleton will be in the 3 – 4′ range later today.
