Mid Coast

The front rolled through late yesterday and dumped rain and impressively sized hail in a few spots around Adelaide. This morning the wind is onshore from the West at 15 knots, and surf is choppy along the Mid Coast. There’s some groundswell under the chop, and waves around 1′ with occasional bigger sets. The tide is heading out to a low at 0930, then pushes in to an afternoon peak just before 4pm. The swell will probably lift a bit after lunch, winds may go more WNW for a while but they’ll switch more SW after 1pm. Part sheltered spots will be the go again, with 20 – 25 knots SW winds settling in and tending more Southerly by evening. Outlook for the rest of the week is in the latest forecast.
