Mid Coast

Light South winds are adding small surface bumps on the Mid Coast early, but there are still a few lines of swell. Surf is around 1 – 2′ again, looking pretty similar to this time yesterday. Low tide at 10:15 will favour Trigs and the beach breaks, and there’s a chance the incoming tide will push wave heights up slightly after midday. Unfortunately it’ll be accompanied by SW-S winds up to 20 knots, so it’ll be mostly bumpy. The southern end of South Port will offer some shelter. The arvo tide will fill up fast and peaks at2.7m at 4:30pm. Conditions will already be very full after 3pm. There’ll be something surfable all day, but early is probably as clean as it’ll get. Outlook heading into the weekend is in the latest surf forecast, but it’s due for a refresh.
