Mid Coast

There are a few 1 – 2′ waves on the Mid Coast early, but the wind is taking the gloss off it. There’s a whiff of East in the Northerly and it’s really only 10 – 12 knots, so it hasn’t completely trashed it. You’ll get a few lumps at The Trough or Seaford if you’re not overly fussy. High tide is at 10:30, but then it’s a slow drain out until 0930 tonight. Wave heights won’t change much all day, and the wind also doesn’t look like it’ll get much above what it is now. BoM predicts NW-W, 5 – 10 knots by mid – late arvo. The old surf forecast is looking tired, new one is due this evening.
