Winds are back to around 15 knots from the West on the South Coast this morning, and conditions are semi-clean. Surf is around 3′ at Middleton, with a few bigger sets between gaps down toward Cliffs and Goolwa. Chiton / Gap have waves around 2′, but Waits and Parson’s will be bigger and probably closing out on the sets. Swell is on the rise so it will be bigger after lunch, but exposed stretches will be a bit bumpy as winds tend more WSW at 15 – 20 knots. The wind should ease off a bit mid arvo, so Middleton Bay or possibly The Dump later will be worth a look. More swell is on the way, check the surf forecast for more on that. Shred factor 7/10.
