South Coast

Swell is on the rise on the South Coast this morning, and conditions are clean early with 10 – 15 knot WNW winds. Surf is easily 4′ at Middleton, and there are a few 5′ sets breaking off the Point down toward Cliffs and Goolwa. Surf is around 2 – 3′ at Chiton / Gap, but The DUmp is still a bit marginal. It’ll get bigger all day, but unfortunately, that will come with strong Westerly winds gusting over 30 knots after lunch. Anywhere exposed will be too big and blown out, but a few sheltered spots will definitely be worth checking later. Outlook for the rest of the week is in the latest surf forecast. Shred factor 7/10.
