South Coast

Conditions are clean on the South Coast this morning wit offshore North winds around 10 knots, but ongoing small swell. Surf is around 1′ at Middleton, with rare bigger sets breaking between Day St. and Goolwa. It’s mostly knee-high, and realistically the only waves are around at Waits and Parsons. The forecast predicts offshore winds all day ahead of a late change. By mid-morning Northerlies may be gusting over 20 knots, and the entire coast will be pretty much blown flat. The wind will swing more NW after lunch at 20 knots plus, with a SW change sometime tonight or early Thursday. Surf will remain in the 1′ range all day today. Outlook for the rest of the week is in the latest surf forecast. Shred factor 4/10.
