South Coast

Conditions are sort of glassy / slightly lumpy on the South Coast again this morning with winds light from the SSW. The swell continues to disappoint, and surf is still only around 1 – 2′ at Middleton and not a whole lot bigger between Day, St and Goolwa. Waits and Parson’s are about your only hope for a shortboard wave early, but it won’t be epic. From here it just gets worse, with onshore SW-S winds picking to 15 knots and settling in for the day. The swell should lift slightly after lunch, but quality will be poor everywhere. Outlook heading into the weekend is in the updated surf forecast. Shred factor 4/10
