South Coast

Conditions are actually not too bad on the South Coast this morning, with very light East winds and glassy seas. The swell is still a bit lumpy but a lot straighter than yesterday, with surf around 1 – 2′ at Middleton, with occasional bigger sets between Cliffs and Goolwa. Waits and Parson’s will be slightly bigger, and again Parsons will favour the wind in beside the point. The breeze should remain light this morning and keep it clean, but a sea breeze will kick in around lunchtime and add chop. Swell should remain about the same size. First surf forecast for the decade will tell you how the rest of the week is looking Shred factor 5/10
