South Coast

After a great couple of days, the South Coast has run out of puff, and this morning winds are light onshore from the SW at 5 – 10 knots. The swell is smaller too, with wave height back to around 2′ at Middleton. Waits and Parson’s will be picking up more of the fading swell, Waits will favour the wind in beside the point. It’s still semi-clean early and worth a paddle, but the BoM predicts onshore Southerly winds after lunch. The rest of the day will be slightly wind effected, and with dead onshore winds everywhere will be affected to some extent. The swell has probably bottomed out, and looks like it may be on the rise again later today. Keep an eye on it – always a change of an evening glass off. Shred factor 6/10
