South Coast

It’s sloppy again on the South Coast this morning with SSE winds at 10 knots, and a minor lift in swell. Surf is around 1 – 2′ at Middleton, with a few bigger sets between Day St. and Goolwa – but it’s all over the place again. Chiton / Gap have junky 1 – 2′ waves, Waits and Parson’s will be bigger but just as messy as everywhere else. The breeze will remain onshore all day and it’ll pick up to 20 knots plus after lunch. That might add a foot or so of chop on top of what’s already there, but the quality will become even worse. Outlook for the rest of the week is in the latest surf forecast. Shred factor 4/10
