South Coast

The usual Easterly wind is adding a few lumps on the South Coast this morning, but underneath there’s still a fairly well-defined swell. Surf remains in the 3 – 4′ range between Middleton and Goolwa, and probably the bay is the best bet there. There’s still some swell getting in between Victor and Port Elliot, with semi-clean 2 – 3′ waves at Chiton / Gap. Parson’s will be sheltered and pretty solid off the point early. As with the last few days the breeze will swing more to the SE by late morning, and stay around 17 mark after lunch. The slops will then settle in for the rest of the day. Outlook for the rest of the week is in the updated surf forecast. Shred factor 6/10
