Conditions are clean on the South Coast with light offshore North winds early, but a small WSW swell has put a cap on size. Surf is still around 1 – 2′ at Middleton, with occasional bigger sets breaking down toward Cliffs and Goolwa. Waits and Parson’s will be slightly bigger, and the best option for shortboarders. The wind looks like it might swing to the East after lunch, so there may be a few lumps if that happens. Hopefully, it just remains offshore all day, and in any case, it probably won’t top 10 knots. Wave heights may lift a tad afterlunch, but not by much.
