Winds are light from the WNW and conditions are clean on the South Coast early. The swell is well lined up and surf is 3 – 4′ at Middleton, with a few bigger’ sets breaking along the Surfers / Cliffs / Goolwa stretch. There are 2- 3′ waves around at Chiton, Waits and Parson’s will be bigger and clean but mostly closing out. There are a few other options that side of Victor that’ll be worth a look though. The breeze should be mostly westerly this morning but looks like it’ll swing more NW – N after lunch. In any case it’ll remain in the 5 – 10 knot range, so seas should stay smooth al day. The swell looks like it’ll lift after lunch too, so it might not hurt to wait a few hours if you have the day off.
